"I want to lose weight, I want to get my degree, I want to start a business, I want to inspire..."

It amazes how we hope for things but never really follow through on them.
Perhaps we lack will - the ability to put our foot down and strive for what we want to acheive.
Will is a foreign concept to many.
They fail to comprehend and fully digest the principles thereof.
Perhaps to some, they see will as a burden that will result in them having to alter their ways

"Will that makes a way"

What is will? Will is...

  1. The faculty of conscious and especially of deliberate action; the power of control the mind has over its own actions.
  2. The power of choosing one's own actions.
  3. The act or process of using or asserting one's choice; volition.
  4. A wish or desire.
  5. A purpose or determination, often hearty or stubborn determination; willfulness: to have the will to succeed.
The basic feeling is that will is a conscious and deliberate action or desire to ascertain success in one's ventures.
Philosophy further details that will, does not refer to a particular or most preferred desire but instead to the general capacity to have such desires and act decisively based on them.

Genesis 11 describes will as a tool that lets one accomplish impossible feats. Nehemiah 2:18 points out that where there is will, action must follow. Acts 4 shows that will allows one to stay true to the set task whilst, Acts 5: 39 points out that will from deep with in your soul, divine will, cannot be overthrown.

The Break Down

Will is a desire to accomplish an intentional/desired act and is followed by action - the desired action. Will keeps one on the straight and narrow, allowing for the attainment of the desire. Will makes the desire ascertainable because will makes it impossible to overthrow the desire to accomplish the action sought.

The Message

Will is a desire to accomplish something, however, anointed will or divine will, brings about change - change for the better, more importantly, it also gets things done far beyond expectations. Strong will keeps evil at bay - as in temptation to not do what is needed has no affect on you, strong will overcomes all obstacles and perseveres up till the achievement is in the bag. Strong will will eradicates doubt and provides all the strength needed to press on and reach the final, grand destination. Thus a set mind and strong will, is a conqueror of success, and with it destiny becomes yours for the taking as opposed to being just a dream one would like to get to.
